The 13-Week Detox Ascension Method
A structured journey of cellular cleansing, mineral restoration, parasite clearing, mitochondrial repair, and nervous system rebalancing — designed to reawaken the light within the body.

Global Group Cohorts
Sacred virtual containers designed to guide individuals through the Detox Ascension journey. The first cohort begins Sunday, May 17th, 2026, and will be personally led by Bridget Cosma. This cohort also serves as the first step for those preparing to become Detox Ascension Coaches.

After completing the 13-week journey, coaches are invited into a 4-week certification path. This includes live training, protocol libraries, customizable client tools, and continued support — empowering you to guide others through this sacred method with integrity, structure, and soul.
